Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the NIT Meghalaya DRDO Project Internship, candidates must meet the following academic requirements:
B.Tech Candidates: Must be in the Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or a related engineering field and must have completed at least 6 semesters of their course.
M.Tech Candidates: Must be specialized in Microelectronics, VLSI, Electronics, or related fields and must have completed at least 2 semesters of their course.
Preferred Skills: Preference will be given to candidates who possess knowledge and hands-on experience with Silvaco TCAD Software and COMSOL Multiphysics software.
Job Responsibilities
The selected interns will be involved in high-level research tasks, including the design, simulation, and fabrication process flow development for SiC-MEMS based pressure sensors intended for high-temperature applications.
