- Monthly Fixed Remuneration: Remuneration is fixed at ₹39,000 per month.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (except for Finance and General Administration which require a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Law). Preference is given to candidates holding a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sports Management, Business Administration, or Project Management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum of two (2) years of prior work experience in managing sports events or related administrative fields as specified in the advertisement.

Shortlisting & Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny: Applicants will first be evaluated and awarded marks out of 10 based on their educational background, additional sports management diplomas, and length or sector of experience.
- Personal Interview: Candidates will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview in a minimum ratio of 1:3.
- Final Merit List: The final selection list will be prepared solely on the basis of the performance and marks scored during the Personal Interview.
