The selected Block Functional Specialist – Financial Inclusion will be responsible for executing key operations under the BIDS - NRLM Mawpat Program:
- Facilitate Self Help Group (SHG)-bank linkage and manage end-to-end loan processing.
- Monitor loan sanctions, credit disbursement, and repayment track records.
- Coordinate regularly with local banks, Bank Sakhis, and Business Correspondents (BCs).
- Conduct community financial literacy and awareness programs.
- Promote key Government financial social security schemes, including PMJJBY, PMSBY, and APY.
- Support insurance enrolment drives and facilitate efficient claim settlement.
- Help SHG members secure financial access and credit for their micro-enterprises.
- Organize bank coordination and community-level review meetings.
- Maintain accurate financial inclusion data records and prepare official reports.
