Prospective applicants must possess the required educational qualifications and relevant post-qualification work experience as of April 1, 2026.
1. Bharat Petro Resources Limited (BPRL) - Upstream Subsidiary
A. Team Member / Team Leader – Exploration (02 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline OR Post-Graduate in Geo-sciences (Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics/Applied Geophysics) with a minimum 60% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years of cumulative exposure in Exploration/Reservoir Management within the hydrocarbon sector.
- Upper Age Limit: 50 years for General/EWS candidates.
B. Team Member / Team Leader – Asset Manager (02 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline with a minimum 60% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD). Post Graduate Degree in Engineering, MBA, PGDM, or Post Graduate in Geo-Sciences is desirable.
- Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of cumulative experience in production activities or asset management in the Exploration & Projects hydrocarbon sector.
- Upper Age Limit: 50 years for General/EWS candidates.
C. Team Member – Reservoir Engineer (01 Vacancy)
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum Technology, Applied Petroleum Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum 60% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of work experience in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry specifically in Reservoir Engineering.
- Upper Age Limit: 34 years for General/EWS candidates.
2. Company Secretary Department
A. Company Secretary – Team Leader (02 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). An additional qualification in LLB is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience, with at least the last 5 years in an equity-listed company's secretarial setup.
- Upper Age Limit: 46 years for General/EWS candidates.
B. Company Secretary – Team Member (02 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). An additional qualification in LLB is preferred.
- Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, with at least the last 2 years in an equity-listed company's secretarial setup.

3. Finance Department
A. Team Member / Leader – Finance (15 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: CA or ICWA (cleared Final Examination in the First Attempt) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, Accounts, Treasury Operations, Taxation, Auditing, or Budgeting.

4. Petrochemicals Division
A. Head Sales – Petrochemical Taskforce (01 Vacancy)
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Polymer, Petrochemical, Plastics Engineering/Technology OR PhD/M.Sc in Applied Polymer Science/Polymer Science OR MBA/PGDM. Minimum 60% aggregate required (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 21 years of post-qualification marketing work experience, with at least 10 years comprising Sales, Marketing, or Branding in the petrochemical or polymer industry.
- Upper Age Limit: 50 years for General/EWS candidates.
B. Technical Officer – Polymer Marketing (02 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Polymer, Materials, Petrochemical, Plastics Engineering/Technology OR PhD/M.Sc in Applied Polymer Science/Polymer Science with minimum 60% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in polymer processing, application development, or technical service within the polymer industry.

5. Wayside Amenities (WSA) Division
A. Team Lead – WSA / Highway Rest Stops (05 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Master's Degree or PG Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Retail, Marketing, Operations, or Hotel Management with minimum 60% aggregate (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in retail operations, hospitality, QSR, mall facility management, or airport/railway retail operations. At least 2 years must be in a team leadership role managing complete P&L for a large geography.
- Upper Age Limit: 42 years for General/EWS candidates.
B. Site Manager – WSA / Highway Rest Stops (23 Vacancies)
- Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech along with a Master’s/PG Diploma in Hospitality OR a Graduation in any non-engineering discipline with an MBA/PG Diploma in Business Administration/Hospitality. Minimum 60% aggregate required (relaxed to 50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
- Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in facility management, QSR, retail store operations, hospitality, or mall facility management.

Salary and Emoluments
Selected candidates will receive basic pay along with Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), House Rent Allowance (HRA), perks, retirement benefits, and performance-related pay.
- Grade E2: Pay Scale ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹21.07 Lakhs per annum)
- Grade E3: Pay Scale ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹24.99 Lakhs per annum)
- Grade E4: Pay Scale ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹30.21 Lakhs per annum)
