Educational Qualification & Experience Requirements
Manager Posts (3 Years Post-Qualification Work Experience Required)
- Manager (Civil & Electrical): Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Manager (Finance): MBA with specialization in Finance, PGDM (Finance), CA, CMA, or CFA. Must have working experience in ERP like SAP.
- Manager (Information Technology): Regular B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or regular MCA.
- Manager (Architecture): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and registered with the Council of Architecture.
- Manager (Law): Professional Law Degree (3 years regular after graduation OR 5 years integrated) eligible for enrollment in the Bar Council of India.
- Manager (Fire Services): Regular B.E. / B.Tech in Fire, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
- Manager (Operations): Graduate in Science with 2 years regular MBA OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Manager (Commercial): Graduate with 2 years regular MBA (Marketing) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Manager (CP & MS): PG in Mathematical Statistics, Operation Research, Statistics, or Economics with Statistics.

Age Limit and Pay Scale
Age Limit (Calculated as on 07.09.2026)
- Manager: Maximum age 32 years.
- Junior Executive: Maximum age 27 years.
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and up to 10 years for PwBD candidates.
Remuneration & CTC
- Manager (Group-A, E-3 Level): Pay scale of Rs. 60,000 - 3% - 1,80,000. Approximate CTC is Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum.
- Junior Executive (Group-B, E-1 Level): Pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000. Approximate CTC is Rs. 14 Lakhs per annum.

Selection Stages
- Online CBT: Objective-type test with no negative marking.
- Application Verification: Document verification for shortlisted candidates.
- Interview: Applicable for Managerial posts (Post Codes 1 to 11).
- Physical & Driving Tests: Required specifically for Manager (Fire Services).
