Detailed Post Breakdown & Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Engineer - RE (Asset Management / Operation & Maintenance)
- Grade: E-0 Grade
- Total Vacancies: 100 Posts (UR: 41, SC: 15, ST: 07, OBC: 27, EWS: 10)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time regular Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation) from a State Technical Board or AICTE/UGC recognized institute with passing marks.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification site experience in the Power Sector. Out of this, at least 06 years must be in a 50 MW or larger grid-connected Solar and/or Wind project handling O&M or Asset Management.
- Upper Age Limit: 40 years
- Salary Scale: Scale of Rs. 30,000 - 1,20,000/- with an initial basic pay of Rs. 40,000/- plus applicable allowances (DA, terminal benefits, etc.).
2. Deputy General Manager - RE
- Grade: E-6 Grade
- Total Vacancies: 14 Posts (UR: 08, SC: 01, ST: 01, OBC: 03, EWS: 01)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduate Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Civil / Mechanical) with at least 60% marks from a recognized university (Passing marks for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates).
- Experience Requirement: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in the Power Sector, with at least 10 years working specifically with a Renewable Energy Developer of Solar/Wind projects. A minimum of 2 years of site experience in a 50 MW or larger grid-connected Solar/Wind project (Construction, Erection, or Commissioning) is mandatory.
- Special PSU Experience: Government/PSU sector applicants need at least 02 years of experience in the scale of Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/- (IDA Pay scale E-5 or above).
- Upper Age Limit: 44 years
- Salary Scale: Scale of Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000/- with an initial basic pay of Rs. 90,000/- plus company benefits.{inAds}
