1. Vocational Counselor (1 Post)
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in any trade (Polytechnic), B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc (Agriculture), or any other relevant field. Candidates must possess a minimum Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Required Competencies: Cultural empathy, patience, entrepreneurship skills, language skills, and deep expertise in the local job market.
- Key Responsibilities: Assessing skills, providing career counseling, organizing skill-development training (farm, non-farm, and IT), business incubation, and building active partnerships with local businesses to secure sustainable employment and self-employment opportunities.
2. Doctor (Part-Time) (1 Post)
- Educational Qualification: MBBS degree with specialized training in detox and withdrawal protocols.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Required Competencies: Empathy, fluency in local languages, and high competence in treating drug dependence.
- Key Responsibilities: Conducting initial medical assessments, managing detox and withdrawal phases, prescribing harm-reduction medications, and collaborating closely with full-time staff to handle medical emergencies.
3. Nurse (2 Posts)
- Educational Qualification: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience.
