Detailed Post Breakdown & Qualification Criteria

1. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) - Economics

• Number of Vacancies: 01 Post
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹42,250/- per month
• Educational Qualification & Eligibility:
  • Master’s Degree in the concerned subject or any specialization in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks, provided the candidate has studied the concerned subject at the graduation level.
  • AND B.Ed Degree from an NCTE-recognized Institution/University with at least 50% marks.
  • OR Three years integrated B.Ed-M.Ed with at least 50% marks.
  • OR Four years Integrated degree with at least 50% marks including a B.Ed component.

2. Resource Persons / Coaches (Under PM SHRI Scheme)

A. Coach (Badminton OR Volleyball OR Basketball OR Chess)

• Number of Vacancies: 01 Post
• Honorarium: ₹20,000/- per month (for 5 months; minimum 4 sessions per week)
• Eligibility: B.P.Ed. from a recognized institution with specialization and/or coaching experience in the concerned sport.

B. Self Defense Coach/Trainer for Girls (Female Only)

• Number of Vacancies: 01 Post
• Honorarium: ₹12,500/- per month (for 8 months; minimum 3 sessions per week)
• Eligibility: 12th Pass with a recognized certification in Self-Defense / Martial Arts and experience in training in any recognized institute.

3. Experts for Cultural Activities

Classical Dance Instructor

• Number of Vacancies: 01 Post
• Honorarium: ₹25,000/- per month (for 6 months; minimum 6 sessions per week)
• Eligibility: Graduation or Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution in any of the Indian Classical/Folk Dance forms.{inAds}

Important Terms & Selection Notes

• Nature of Engagement: Purely contractual/part-time against PM SHRI activities for the academic session 2026–27. It automatically stands terminated on completion of the approved period or exhaustion of funds, whichever is earlier. Does not confer any right to regular appointment in NVS.
• Pay Norms: Remuneration/honorarium shall be paid as per PM SHRI / NVS norms.
• Preference: Candidates with higher qualifications and relevant experience in the concerned field will be given preference.
• No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid for attending the interview.
