Eligibility Criteria

2. Educational Qualification & Experience (Cut-off Date: August 10, 2026)
All degree qualifications must be obtained via full-time regular courses from recognized universities or institutions:
- General Banking Officers: Graduate Degree in any discipline with relevant post-qualification banking experience (e.g., Branch Head or Credit Officer).
- IT / Specialized Technical Roles: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (in CS, IT, ECE, EEE) or MCA / M.Sc. with relevant domain experience. Specific roles require mandatory technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS/Azure, VMware, RHCE, PMP, CFE, CAMS).
- Chartered Accountants: CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with relevant post-qualification experience in corporate taxation, balance sheet finalization, capital planning, or corporate credit.
- Law Officers: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with practice/experience as an Advocate or Law Officer.
- Engineers & Architects: Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Fire Engineering with domain work experience.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
The selection methodology depends on the post and scale applied for:

For Posts Up to Scale III:
- Online Written Examination: 60 to 120 minutes depending on post segment.
- Penalty for Wrong Answers: 0.25 (1/4th) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted for every incorrect response.
- Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI): Conducted for shortlisted candidates.
