1. Post Name: Program Manager (District)

- Hills, Ri Bhoi
- Salary: Rs. 31,200/- Plus other allowance
- Essential Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Natural Resource Management, rural development project management, rural livelihood implementation, social entrepreneurship, value chain, agribusiness development. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the specified districts.
- Required Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and monitoring agricultural development programs, ensuring alignment with organizations’ objectives.
- Experience working with government agencies, NGOs, or cooperatives in the agricultural sector.
- Strong analytical skills to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with Meghalaya's agricultural landscape, including prevalent crops, farming challenges, and local market dynamics.
2. Post Name: Technical Assistant (HQ)

- Location: Shillong
- Salary: Rs. 22,100/- Plus other allowance
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Rural Development, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical support roles in agriculture, preferably in organic/natural farming programs.
- Required Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Organic Certification programs (NPOP Standards).
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of natural and organic farming programs and projects under MEGNOLIA.
- Coordinate with district and block-level teams to ensure timely collection and consolidation of reports and data.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and communication materials as required.
- Provide technical assistance in evaluating organic farming practices, compliance with standards, and field-level innovations.
