Educational Qualification
- Essential: Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or Mass Media.
- Desirable: Candidates with prior experience in social media management, graphic designing, photography/videography, video editing, print media, and utilizing multimedia or AI-based content creation tools will be highly preferred.
Age Limit & Relaxations
- Minimum Age: 21 years (as on the date of the interview).
- Maximum Age: 45 years (as on the date of the interview).

Terms and Conditions
- Tenure: The engagement is initially for a period of one year from the date of joining. It may be extended for up to two more years (one year at a time) based on institutional requirements and satisfactory performance.
- No Permanent Claim: This contractual appointment does not entitle the candidate to claim regular employment at ICAR in the future.
- No TA/DA: No travel allowance or dearness allowance will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
- In-Service Candidates: Individuals currently employed anywhere must submit a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from their present employer at the time of the interview.{inAds}
