- Required Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience as a teacher, academic coordinator, or school leader.
- Experience in school education programs, teacher training, or academic monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring educators and improving classroom practices.
- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) concepts; knowledge of child-centric teaching methodologies; classroom observation and instructional coaching; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools; ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Program Implementation: Ensure effective implementation of the RTS program across assigned cluster schools; support schools in achieving targeted academic outcomes in FLN (Grades I–VIII); identify learning gaps.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and support Resource Persons (RPs), ESDs, and Sports Facilitators; conduct demonstration classes and capacity-building workshops.
- Holistic Development: Ensure effective delivery of Sports, Fitness, Arts, and Wellness curricula.
- Quality Assurance & Reporting: Conduct regular school visits and classroom observations; track implementation quality; prepare and submit timely reports.
- Compliance: Adhere to program guidelines, LLF’s Code of Conduct, including POCSO and POSH guidelines.
2. Post Name: Sports Facilitator
