BRDC is looking for qualified experts to fill specialized roles in their analytical laboratory. If you have experience in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards, you will be given preference during the selection process.
1. Senior Molecular Biologist
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Qualification: Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related fields.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in RT-PCR, PCR, ELISA, and Electrophoresis is required.
Role: You will be responsible for developing and validating molecular methods for pathogen and GMO detection, supervising junior staff, and managing laboratory quality protocols.
2. Junior Molecular Biologist
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related disciplines.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in food testing laboratories focusing on molecular assays.
Role: Performing DNA/RNA extractions, assisting in quality control audits, and maintaining laboratory consumables and documentation.
3. Junior Analyst (ICP-MS)
Vacancies: 1 Post.
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech or B.Sc./B.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Food Technology, or Natural Products.
Experience: 2 years for Master's holders or 4 years for Bachelor's holders in operating ICP-MS, ICP-OES, or AAS systems.
Role: Conducting elemental analysis for heavy metals, performing instrument calibration, and maintaining traceability records for accreditation.
