1. Position: Business Planner

Monthly Remuneration: Rs 24,000/- per month (depending on relevant experience).

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of regular education. Candidates must possess a professional undergraduate degree such as B.Sc (Agri), B.VSc, B.Fsc, or B. Tech, OR a postgraduate degree like M.A, MBA, M.Sc., M.F.sc, M.Com, or M.C.A.

Minimum Marks Requirement: At least 50% marks in the last qualifying examination (45% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates).

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Mobilize local farmers to transition from traditional farming to certified organic practices under NPOP, PGS, and Meghalaya Organics.
  • Design and conduct training sessions on organic farming methodologies and official certification processes.
  • Organize and execute community awareness programmes.
  • Prepare comprehensive business plans for rural projects.
  • Facilitate collaborations between individual producers, farmer groups, cooperatives, and village organizations.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor ground-level progress.


2. Position: Centre Manager (Contractual)

Number of Vacancies: 1 Post.

Place of Posting: North Garo Hills District, Meghalaya.

Monthly Remuneration: Rs 30,000/- per month (depending on relevant experience).

Age Limit: Maximum 32 years.

Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of formal education. Applicants must hold a professional degree like B.Sc (Agri), B.VSc, B.Fsc, or B.Tech, OR a postgraduate degree such as M.A, MBA, M.Sc., M.F.sc, M.Com, or M.S.W.

Minimum Marks Requirement: Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying exam (45% for SC, ST, and OBC categories).

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all field activities related to NPOP, PGS, and Meghalaya Organics.
  • Maintain smooth communication with district units and compile detailed project reports.
  • Conduct technical training sessions alongside the team to support IVCs, VOs, SHGs, and local community groups.
  • Assist in product marketing and establish sustainable value chains for rural produce.
