Bank of Baroda (BOB) has officially released the recruitment advertisement for the post of Local Bank Officer (LBO) in Junior Management Grade/Scale-I (JMG/S-I). Selection Process & Exam Scheme
The selection procedure involves an online test, psychometric test (if applicable), Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT), and Personal Interview (PI) or Group Discussion (GD).
The online test consists of 120 questions carrying 120 marks for a duration of 120 minutes:
- English Language: 30 Questions, 30 Marks, 30 Minutes (Qualifying in nature)
- Banking Knowledge: 30 Questions, 30 Marks, 30 Minutes
- General / Economic Awareness: 30 Questions, 30 Marks, 30 Minutes
- Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude: 30 Questions, 30 Marks, 30 Minutes
A penalty of 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.{inAds}

- Step 4: Upload your Bio-data/Resume (PDF, max 500 KB), Date of Birth proof (10th marksheet/certificate in PDF, max 500 KB), scanned educational certificates, and work experience certificates.
- Step 5: Upload your scanned passport-size photograph (JPG/JPEG, 20 KB to 50 KB, 200 x 230 pixels), live webcam photo, scanned signature on white paper in black ink (JPG/JPEG, 10 KB to 20 KB, 140 x 60 pixels), Left Thumb Impression (JPG/JPEG, 20 KB to 50 KB, 240 x 240 pixels), and Hand-written Declaration in English (JPG/JPEG, 50 KB to 100 KB, 800 x 400 pixels).
